From the outside, I had checked all the boxes—working with global brands and high-profile clients, writing a bestselling book on resilience recognized by Inc., delivering a TEDx talk, and supporting tens of thousands of leaders around the world.
But underneath, the structure of how I was living and leading wasn’t sustainable. So I did what most women wouldn’t do—
I packed up and moved to San Miguel de Allende, MX to reclaim my energy, my clarity, and redesign the way I wanted to live and lead - without sacrificing my myself.
Today, I help women leaders do the same - without having to pack up and move to Mexico (unless you really want to :-).
Nestled in the heart of San Miguel de Allende, you’ll stay in a collection of authentic, private villas designed to feel both luxurious and deeply personal.
Think warm stone walls, handcrafted details, and spaces that invite you to slow down.
Expansive rooftop terraces open to sweeping views of the city and surrounding mountains… perfect for morning coffee, sunset reflections, and intimate conversations under the stars.
Lush gardens and quiet courtyards create pockets of calm throughout the property, while thoughtfully designed living spaces offer both connection and privacy.
Some villas include pools or soaking areas, blending relaxation with the natural beauty of San Miguel.
This isn’t a hotel experience. It’s a curated, intimate home base—where you can exhale, reconnect, and be fully held in the experience.

In San Miguel de Allende, every moment invites you to rise into clarity and renewal. From sun-drenched terraces and cobblestone streets lined with jacaranda trees, the sound of mariachi floating through the plazas, the warmth of open-hearted people, and the grounding energy of a city built on rose quartz.
For five days, this magical place will invite you to slow down, reflect deeply, and recalibrate. Together we'll savor gorgeous views, deep conversations, learning and laughter that lingers. You’ll taste vibrant local flavors, soak in beauty, and find the space to breathe again.
This is more than a retreat. It’s a strategic pause—an opportunity to step out, reset, and return with clarity, focus, and a structure that truly supports you.
Wednesday, October 21 - Arrive & Reset
You arrive, settle in, and begin to exhale. As the pace of your daily life falls away, you’re welcomed into a calm, beautiful space designed to help you slow down and reconnect.
As the sun sets, we gather for a sunset welcome dinner. It’s a relaxed and joyful way to meet one another and begin setting intentions.
Thursday, October 22 - See Clearly
We begin the day with gentle movement and breathwork—creating space in both body and mind. From there, we move into focused leadership sessions designed to help you see your life and leadership more clearly. Over lunch and throughout the day, insights deepen through conversation and reflection. In the evening, you’re free to enjoy dinner in the city—and an optional walking tour to experience the beauty and energy of San Miguel de Allende at night.
Friday, October 23 - Release & Realign
The day begins with a visit to the thermal waters—to release what you’ve been carrying. As your nervous system resets, clarity begins to emerge more naturally. After a relaxed brunch and a focused session on your natural energy and alignment, the afternoon is yours—whether it's time in nature at a local farm, massage, or a nap. In the evening, we gather for a gentle integration circle to reflect.
Saturday, October 24 - Redesign & Embody
We start the day with movement and breath—to ground and connect to ourselves. From there, we move into a core session focused on redesigning your life and leadership in a way that feels both aligned and sustainable. After lunch, the afternoon opens up for exploration—art, shopping, or simply enjoying the rhythm of the city. We close the experience together with a beautiful farewell dinner and a unique cacao ceremony—an opportunity to integrate the week and step forward with intention.
Sunday, October 25 - Return Differently
You leave with more than insight—you leave with direction. Grounded, renewed, and clear on what matters most, you return home with a new way of meeting your life and leadership—one that feels more sustainable, spacious, and fully your own.

San Miguel is considered very safe. Having said that, like in any city, walk in pairs and take an approved taxi after dark. Drink bottled or purified water only and avoid raw fruits and vegetables unless you're eating at a recommended restaurant. We will have meds and doctors on call. 24/7 concierge will be available for assistance.
Please note San Miguel is a walking city at 6000 feet altitude. Hilly, uneven and cobblestone streets can be strenuous. Please be prepared to provide proof of health and travel insurance.
Can I extend my stay?
Yes! Our concierge is happy to assist you in finding accommodation or arranging additional activities. If you have an early flight out of BJX and require a hotel, we can arrange that for you.
