A sacred  retreat designed to help you soften, reconnect, and return to the love that has always lived within you.

Join Rachel Madar and Sandy Asch for a deeply nourishing retreat in the world's #1 city - San Miguel de Allende — a place known for its beauty, creativity, and soulful energy… where something in the heart naturally opens.

This retreat is a sacred pause — a space to soften, release what you’ve been carrying, and reconnect with the love within you.

Together, we’ll step away from the noise of everyday life and into several days of reflection, connection, inspiration, and renewal — cocooned in the quiet magic that makes San Miguel so special.

Through gentle workshops, meaningful conversation, ceremony and moments of stillness and joy, you’ll have the opportunity to release what no longer serves you, heal the heart, and reconnect with the deeper wisdom within.

February is one of the most beautiful times of year in San Miguel — warm sunny days, cool evenings, blooming gardens, and the perfect climate for walking, exploring, and exhaling.

A Place to Renew and Be Inspired

In San Miguel de Allende, every moment invites you to rise into LOVE. From sun-drenched terraces and cobblestone streets lined with jacaranda trees, the sound of mariachi floating through the plazas, the warmth of open-hearted people, and the grounding energy of a city built on rose quartz.

For five days, this magical place will hold space for you to slow down, reflect deeply, and open your heart. Together we'll savor gorgeous views, deep conversations, and laughter that lingers. You’ll taste vibrant local flavors, soak in beauty, and find the space to breathe again.

This is more than a retreat. It’s a sacred experience - an opportunity for you to exhale, receive, and soften.

Your Journey To Joy

This sacred feminine retreat is designed to help you heal the heart, release the past, and return to love. Through spiritual teachings, sacred ceremonies, and deeply nurturing circles of connection, you’ll gently soften what life may have hardened and reconnect with the truth of who you are. Held in beauty, intention, and community, this experience invites you to remember the love that has always lived within you — and to carry it forward into the next chapter of your life.

Sunday, February 14 — Opening the Heart

Optional Arrival | Valentine’s Day

Guests who arrive early can enjoy a relaxed introduction to the magic of San Miguel de Allende. Wander the cobblestone streets, explore art galleries and cafés, or simply settle into the beauty of this enchanting city.

As the sun sets, Premium guests will gather for a sunset rooftop welcome experience with appetizers and wine overlooking the city. It’s a relaxed and joyful way to meet one another and begin opening the heart to the days ahead.

Afterward, guests are free to enjoy dinner on their own — especially lovely for anyone bringing their honey for Valentine’s weekend.

Monday, February 15 — Returning to Love

Arrive in San Miguel and settle into the beauty of Casa Angelitos, our private retreat home filled with gardens, fountains, terraces, and peaceful corners for reflection.

As evening falls, we’ll gather for our welcome dinner overlooking the city, a relaxed and joyful beginning where we can connect, unwind, and savor our first evening together in San Miguel.

After dinner, we’ll move into a gentle sound healing and guided meditation — an invitation to slow down, soften, and fully arrive in this sacred space.

We’ll then close the evening with our opening circle, setting heartfelt intentions for the days ahead and creating a supportive container for the journey we are beginning together.

Tuesday, February 16 — Understanding the Heart

We begin the day with gentle movement, breathwork, and meditation as the city slowly awakens around us.

After a nourishing farm-to-table breakfast on the terrace, we’ll gather for a powerful morning workshop exploring the experiences, beliefs, and emotional patterns that shape how we give and receive love.

Midday, we’ll enjoy a light, healthy lunch, giving us time to nourish the body and reflect on the morning’s insights followed by a short workshop focused on integration and embodiment — gently translating new awareness into practices that support healing, self-compassion, and deeper connection.

Late afternoon wander the cobblestone streets, visit galleries and cafés, schedule a spa treatment, or simply relax on one of the terraces and take in the beauty of the city. The evening is yours to explore, dine in town, or rest and integrate the day’s experience.

Wednesday, February 17 — Releasing the Past

We begin the morning with a healing and cleansing thermal water experience, allowing the body to relax, soften, and release.  Afterward, we’ll enjoy a relaxed brunch together, sharing conversation and nourishment as we ease into the day.

In the afternoon, you may choose to join an optional grounding visit to Via Orgánica, a beautiful organic farm and community project dedicated to sustainable living and mindful nourishment. You can enjoy time on the land, explore the gardens and market, or savor a late lunch at the farm-to-table café.

Or you may prefer to take the afternoon to rest, journal, explore the town, or schedule a healing treatment or massage— allowing space for personal integration.

In the evening, we’ll gather together again for a workshop and circle devoted to releasing the past — gently letting go of emotional patterns, stories, and experiences that may still be shaping the way we move through life and love.

Thursday, February 18 — Rising Into Love

After morning movement and breakfast, we’ll step into a powerful day of spiritual teachings and embodiment practices led by Rachel and Sandy. Together we’ll explore how to soften the heart, release the past, and reconnect with the joy, love, and vitality waiting within you.

Midday, we’ll pause for a light, healthy lunch, giving the body nourishment and space to integrate the morning’s work. The afternoon is time to rest or wander, finish up shopping or take a peaceful nap.

In the evening, we’ll gather for our farewell dinner celebration, honoring the journey we’ve shared together and close our retreat with a sacred cacao ceremony — a beautiful ritual for celebrating love.

Friday, February 19 — Carrying the Light Forward

We’ll share one final breakfast together on the terrace, reflecting on the journey we’ve shared and the insights each woman is carrying home.

While our time together concludes, the healing, clarity, and renewed sense of love cultivated during the retreat will continue unfolding in the months ahead — in your relationships, your work, and the life you’re creating.

And if your heart calls you to stay longer, San Miguel’s cobblestone streets, vibrant culture, and soulful rhythm will be waiting.

What Our Retreat Participants Are Saying

The retreat was a magical experience.  The schedule was generous with time to explore our inner world and the world of San Miguel. The casa provided outstanding views, sacred spaces for meditation, yoga, stretching and connecting with other participants. The owners and staff could not have been more accommodating!

The workshops provided inspirational and thoughtful internal inquiry and facilitated meaningful discussions. Rachel’s warmth and knowledge of Kabbalah was inspirational.  Sandy’s intuition of scheduling and connections in the community of San Miguel brought the most positive experiences possible.  - Janie

Arriving at Casa Angelitos…I slowly began to feel that I had arrived “home.” The building is architecturally amazing and set the tone for an incredibly nurturing week. You can feel the sacred geometry and how it is truly aligned to the cosmos! With Sandy taking care of the smallest details, I felt incredibly relaxed. The week offered massage, healthy food, thermal pools, an  organic farm, higher consciousness teachings, energy sessions with Rachel, and of course an incredible heartfelt 💚connection to a group of amazing people. A caco ceremony, rooftop drinks in this gorgeous city of San Miguel, and a few of Sandy’s elegant dinners were the toppers for me. I left and brought home a new higher frequency of unconditional love, and a deeper and richer feeling of the divine feminine energy.  A huge bow to both Sandy and Rachel.  ⁃ Cindy

Will I be safe?

San Miguel is considered very safe. Having said that, like in any city, walk in pairs and take an approved taxi after dark. Drink bottled or purified water only and avoid raw fruits and vegetables unless you're eating at a high-end restaurant or at the Casa. We will have meds and doctors on call. 24/7 concierge will be available for assistance.

Please note San Miguel is a walking city at 6000 feet altitude. Hilly, uneven and cobblestone streets can be strenuous. Please be prepared to provide proof of health and travel insurance.

Can I extend my stay?

Yes! Our concierge is happy to assist you in finding accommodation or arranging additional activities.  If you have an early flight out of BJX and require a hotel, we can arrange that for you.
